RiftManager is operated by Antoine Peze (data controller). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application ("the App").

Card collection (cards you own, quantities, variants)
Decks (deck compositions you create)
Match history (games you record)
Wishlist (cards you want to acquire)
Price alerts (price thresholds you set)
Tournament player profile (if you link your tournament account)

2.3 Device & Usage Information

Device model and operating system
App version
Language preferences
Anonymous usage analytics (features used, screens visited)
Error logs (anonymized crash reports)

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on: the performance of our contract with you (providing the App and its features), your consent (optional analytics, marketing notifications), and our legitimate interest (improving the App, fixing bugs).

7. Data Retention

Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our servers.

8. Children's Privacy

RiftManager is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data
Opt-out of analytics (in App settings)
Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) at www.cnil.fr

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RiftManager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RiftManager is a companion app for the RiftBound trading card game that allows users to:

Track your card collection
Build and manage decks
Monitor card prices
Record match history
Follow tournaments and player rankings

RiftManager is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games or any official RiftBound entity.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate account information
You are responsible for your account security
Account sharing is prohibited
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Basic features are available without charge.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Monthly: €3.99/month
Yearly: €29.99/year
Lifetime: €49.99 (one-time)

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your device account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated systems or bots to access the App
Interfere with other users' use of the App
Upload malicious content or code

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by Antoine Peze and protected by intellectual property law
RiftBound, card images, and related content are property of Riot Games
You retain ownership of your user-generated content (decks, notes, etc.)

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee error-free operation or that the App will meet your specific requirements. Card pricing is for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual market values.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES resulting from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Account Deletion

In the App: Open RiftManager > Profile > Settings > scroll to bottom > tap "Delete my account" > confirm.

This will permanently delete your profile, decks, matches, collection data, price alerts, and notifications. This action is irreversible.

By email: If you cannot access the App, send an email to hello@riftmanager.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process it within 30 days.
